Please review the following participation guidelines before securing your speaker spot.

SPEAKER PARTICIPATION

By registering, you agree to participate in the Female Elevation Summit at your selected speaker sponsorship level: Essential, Signature, or Prime.

Each level includes its own speaker benefits, promotional opportunities, resources, and visibility features. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive access to the Speaker Hub with everything you need to prepare for and participate in the summit.

YOUR SUMMIT TALK

You are responsible for selecting an available speaking time and being prepared to present at your scheduled time. Individual summit sessions are limited to 20 minutes, unless another format has been arranged with the Female Fluence team in advance. Please honor your scheduled time so the summit can run smoothly for all speakers.

Sessions may be delivered live or pre-recorded where permitted, although live participation is strongly encouraged because it creates greater connection and engagement with the summit community.

YOUR MESSAGE & CONTENT

The Female Elevation Summit is centered around women’s empowerment, personal growth, confidence, identity, wellness, leadership, reinvention, and meaningful transformation. Your presentation should educate, inspire, empower, or provide meaningful value to our audience. Speakers are responsible for the accuracy of their own content and for ensuring they have permission to use any materials, images, stories, or intellectual property included in their presentation. You are welcome to introduce your business, services, programs, book, or free resource when relevant. However, your presentation should be value-driven rather than primarily a sales presentation. Female Fluence reserves the right to remove content that is intentionally harmful, discriminatory, misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the purpose and community standards of the summit.

COLLABORATIVE PROMOTION

Female Elevation is built on the power of women supporting women.

Speakers are encouraged to share their participation with their communities, invite women to attend the summit for free, engage with fellow speakers, and help create an active and supportive summit experience.

To make promotion easy, speakers will receive promotional resources based on their selected sponsorship level, including graphics, suggested social media copy, email copy, and other shareable materials.

SPEAKER SPONSORSHIP CONTRIBUTION

The Female Elevation Summit is designed to make empowering conversations, education, and connection accessible to women around the world at no cost to attend. Rather than charging attendees, participating speakers make a Speaker Sponsorship Contribution based on their selected level:  Essential, Signature, or Prime.

Your sponsorship supports the production, technology, administration, speaker resources, promotion, and overall experience required to bring the Female Elevation Summit to life, while allowing women everywhere to participate for free. Each sponsorship level also provides different opportunities for speaker visibility, promotion, training, and support. Your contribution is therefore both an investment in your participation and a way of supporting the collective mission of Female Elevation.

 

RECORDING & PROMOTIONAL PERMISSION

By participating in the Female Elevation Summit, you grant Female Fluence and Female Elevation Summit permission to record, display, replay, and promote your summit presentation. You also give permission for your submitted name, professional title, headshot, biography, company or brand name, talk title, and excerpts or clips from your summit appearance to be used for summit-related marketing, social media, promotional materials, replays, and future promotion of the Female Elevation Summit. You retain ownership of your original presentation content and intellectual property.

RESULTS & OPPORTUNITIES

Female Elevation Summit is designed to create opportunities for visibility, connection, collaboration, audience growth, and meaningful exposure. However, participation or sponsorship does not guarantee a specific number of attendees, views, followers, leads, clients, sales, collaborations, media opportunities, or other business results. Each speaker’s experience and results will vary based on factors including their participation, promotion, presentation, audience engagement, and follow-up.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Speaker sponsorship contributions are non-refundable, as speaker spots are limited and planning, resources, promotion, and administrative support begin once your participation is confirmed. If an unexpected circumstance prevents you from participating, please contact the Female Fluence team as soon as possible. Any transfer, alternative arrangement, or future summit credit will be considered individually and remains at the discretion of Female Fluence.

 

COMMUNITY STANDARDS

We ask every speaker to contribute to a respectful, encouraging, inclusive, and collaborative environment. Female Elevation is a space where women can share ideas, experiences, expertise, and perspectives while supporting one another. Female Fluence reserves the right to remove a speaker or presentation that violates these community standards or does not follow the agreed summit participation guidelines.
