STEPS TO PARTICIPATE & PROMOTE
Step 1: JOIN THE SUMMIT COMMUNITY
Join the Female Elevation Summit private group and INVITE 100 friends. We encourage each speaker to invite their community so we can collectively create a vibrant, engaged global audience and meaningful connections.
This private group is where the entire summit takes place. Attendance is free for your audience, they simply need the group link to join. (group link needed)
Once inside, please create a short introduction post with a photo of you. Share who you are, what you’ll be speaking about, and what attendees will gain by joining your session.
👉 Important: Join the group as soon as possible and before your talk date, as access approval may take time.
Step 2: SHARE & INVITE - PROMOTE Your Talk
Participate in collaborative promotion throughout the summit window.

❤️ Send one dedicated email to your list announcing your summit appearance
You’re welcome to send a follow-up to anyone who didn’t open it, so more of your audience sees your talk.
❤️ Post consistently on social media
Aim for six or more posts, stories, or reels across any platforms you use to let your community know when and where you’ll be speaking.
❤️ Reach out personally
Create a list of about 30 people you know would genuinely enjoy your session and invite them directly.
❤️ Share your live session details
Let your audience know your exact go-live time so you have familiar faces showing up to support, engage, and cheer you on during your talk.

STEP 3: GO LIVE
At your scheduled time, go live or upload a pre-recorded session inside the Female Elevation Summit private community. LIVE sessions are strongly encouraged, as they create the highest connection and engagement.
Your session should be up to 20 minutes (shorter is welcome). Please do not exceed this time, as other speakers are scheduled before and after you.

Once your session is complete, continue sharing it. Your reply remains available in the summit community and often gains momentum over time.

Ongoing interaction helps keep your talk visible and boosts engagement throughout the remainder of the summit.

This summit is designed to remind you: you are not building alone.

Speakers have the opportunity to receive a complimentary speaking spot at the next Female Elevation Summit at the same tier you originally joined.
There are three ways to qualify:
• Invite friends or colleagues to apply as speakers for the summit
• Bring the highest number of new members into the Female Elevation Summit community
• Receive the most engagement (comments and interaction) on your session replay
Please track your results independently and submit by (DATE HERE)
This is based on the honor system.
SPEAKERS PREP WORKSHOP
During this training, you’ll learn practical tools to deliver a clear, confident, and impactful summit talk, along with strategies to create meaningful connections and attract aligned clients from your session.
This video will answer many of the most common speaker questions. Be sure to attend the live speaker sessions as they’re announced for additional guidance, updates, and access to our Speaker Abundance & Networking experience.
